Only photos of real people, pets, or owned private objects like cars or motorcycles. Business logos are allowed if you own the rights to print them. Designing logos isn't available.

Clear, bright photos with the person (max 2 people for better popness), pet, or object centered work best. Avoid dark or blurry images—Fady always enhances them, but good lighting helps the print look amazing.

Email Fady a meaningful photo. He’ll design your ball, publish your private page, and send you a direct link to preview and order. Once you order, PPB’s provider prints and ships your sets straight to your door.

Once you send your photo, your Personalized+ page is usually ready within 24 hours. Fady will send your private link as soon as it’s live. After you order, production takes 1–3 business days, with delivery in about 5–7 days.

PPB’s provider requires a minimum of one set per order—one ball’s just too easy to lose (or smash during a game). Each set includes 6 balls.

No. Your design stays completely private. Only people with your private link can view it—it’s never shown publicly or shared without your permission.

Yes. If you don’t plan to order again, just message Fady and your page will be permanently deleted along with the image and design files. Otherwise, you can simply keep it live to reorder anytime.

Yes. Your Personalized+ design stays live on its page, ready to reorder whenever you want. No requesting or redesigning needed.

Yes. Before or after receiving your Personalized+ sets, you can ask to bring back or remove the background or text. Fady designs every photo to look its best on the ball, so you never have to worry about the design—it’s usually ready as is.

There are no setup costs, minimum orders, or hidden fees. You only pay for the sets you buy.
