    You can ask Fady to design your private photos through Personalized+. Suggest a new Solo Statement or new collection idea. Business logos are allowed if you own the rights to print them. Designing logos isn't available.

  • WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

    Since every order is custom-made, refunds are only available for defective or damaged items. Check Refund Policy for more.

  • WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND A BALL?

    Search first. If a ball is missing e.g. a name or a pet, tell Fady. He'll design and publish within 24 hours.

  • CAN I ORDER JUST ONE BALL?

    PPB's provider requires a minimum of one set per order. To mix designs, order one set per design.

  • CAN I CHANGE COLORS OR TEXT?

    For existing designs in a collection that has its own fixed layout and color, no. Fady can make small fixes for your Personalized+ designs if something feels off after you receive the sets.

    Production takes 1-3 days, and shipping typically 5–7 days.

  • DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

    Not yet. For now, shipping is only available within the U.S.

    Balls are printed to order, so returns aren’t possible. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, Tell Fady. He will review your case and coordinate with the production partner to request a refund or replacement on your behalf. Check Refund Policy for more.
