    You can ask Fady to design your private photos through Personalized+. Suggest a new Solo Statement or new collection idea. Business logos are allowed if you own the rights to print them. Designing logos isn't available.

  • WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

    Since every order is custom-made, refunds are only available for defective or damaged items. Check Refund Policy for more.

  • WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND A BALL?

    Search first. If a ball is missing e.g. a name or a pet, tell Fady. He'll design and publish within 24 hours.

  • CAN I ORDER JUST ONE BALL?

    PPB's provider requires a minimum of one set per order. To mix designs, order one set per design.

  • CAN I CHANGE COLORS OR TEXT?

    For existing designs in a collection that has its own fixed layout and color, no. Fady can make small fixes for your Personalized+ designs if something feels off after you receive the sets.
